Nurse Karen Joseph from Norwalk returns


I spoke with Karen Joseph this evening. She's exhausted after 30 hours of travel back from the Clinic at Carrefour. She praised the work of Dr. Patty Jorquera and Dr. David Walker and the nurses with them. She also praised and thanked all those who have made this relief effort possible.  


I asked Karen to write up some of her experiences so I could share them with others on this blog. She said she'd do her best but she has to be at work tomorrow and so probably won't get to it until the weekend. 


Karen's commitment to serve is so laudable. She gives two weeks to the people of Haiti, travels for 30 hours to get home, and then catches 39 winks so she can get to her "day job" serving the people of Norwalk.
