(update Monday, February 1 - 11.02 a.m.)
We have been thanking JetBlue for all their support. Dave Desmarais wrote a personal email to their Customer Commitment Crew and got a lovely response back.

Dave's email:
I just returned from a relief mission to Haiti, we flew to Dominican Republic and back on Jet Blue. I want to say thank you for making the travel easy for us. Your people at JFK were wonderful getting, us seats at the last moment. In Orlando on the return your help was very much appreciated by a tired person, me, trying to get back home. Thanks again, you have a customer who will fly Jet Blue when ever I can.

From Jan N:
Dear Mr. Desmarais,

Thank you for your kind comments and support of our efforts here at JetBlue. What a pleasure it was to read your email and to learn of the outstanding experience you have had recently when you flew over to Haiti.

When JetBlue began, we set out to offer low fares while still extending an extraordinary JetBlue experience. While we are very proud of all our outstanding crew members, we are especially pleased when we receive letters such as yours that describe specific incidents where our crew members exhibited one of our JetBlue core values. We will forward your email to our Leadership Team so our crew members in JFK and MCO will receive recognition for their excellent service.

David we appreciate your efforts in Haiti, and the time you have given to the unfortunate people there during this very challenging and sad time.

Thank you for your confidence in our airline. We hope to welcome you onboard many JetBlue flights in the future.
