United Haitian American Society Fund Raiser Tonight


Tonight, Friday, February 12, 2010 at 10:00 PM, in partnership with Sacred Heart University, the United Haitian American Society of Norwalk (UHAS) will co-sponsor a benefit event "Project Haiti- Have a Heart," to benefit the victims and survivors of the devastating earthquake that hit Haiti on January 12, 2010. 


You will be able to learn more about our medical volunteer program, our partnership with Old St. Andrew's École le Bon Samaritan and meet members of our medical committee and volunteers.

Our TEAM 1 UHAS medical volunteers traveled to Haiti via a chartered flight provided by the Haitian Consulate on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 to volunteer and provide much needed medical aid and relief at Old St. Andrew's École le Bon Samaritan's medical clinic in Carrefour, Haiti. This trip was successful and we hope that you will join us on Friday at Sacred Heart University in the University Commons Auditorium, located at 5151 Park Avenue in Bridgeport, to share and learn more about UHAS and our experiences in Haiti.
